Alright... you might notice some quick title changes.  I just got a email from Joomla with a hey don't refer to your component as coming from the Joomla team.  Incidentally with my lack of organization I used sprinkled here and there "Joomla MP3 Plugin" instead of "MP3 Plugin for Joomla"   Totally a accident.  I did not mean to word it like this was a Joomla team sponsored project and apologize to anyone who thought it was.

Any ways... the correction and the new official title is in version 1.0.3 and the removal of the accidental wording.

I want to put lots of mp3 players on my website to explain the lesson I am
teaching. Basically I do not have time to write content so speaking it is a lot
easier and I want to put them right at the top of the lesson.

I can place one
and it works fine, but I cannot place another one unless the mp3 is the same as
the first one. It may be my joomla install and nothing to do with the
plugin

thanks.

I am probably just trying to do something this plugin is not
meant to do.

I have the same issue as tiffinjoe. I am not able to use more than one player in
the same page. All the players plays the same song. There is a way to fix
this?
Thanks

I am testing this plugin on my XAMPP for Windows testing server, it can NOT work
at all. I see the player shown up in the article, but NO playing of music when I
click the play button.

What is the Syntax of this plugin? Could you please find
ONE miniute of your spare time to explain the syntax? I had read your
documentation, it is ONLY for a shared directory, I don't know what should I use
for Windows server? And what is the syntax for a single mp3 file? Thanks.

avatar the syntax for shared directory for Apache in Windows is odd. I think its like
/c:/apache/etc/etc/
But the plugin for the shared directory path on the local
side of the parameter is going to use how ever the web server sees the path. If
you were to use the plugin via a IIS for example it might be
\\server\c$\

I have no real means of testing this so i'm not
exactly a big help I know. But I can say its how ever your web server sees
local paths.
Apache users should reference Apache manual to figure out how to
locate their files.

As far as the plugin that is displaying the same mp3's.
very odd. The website I wrote this for was in fact for a church website where
they were posting misc sermons. So it should totally work for what you are
doing. Please post your tags your using and I'll help you further.
